Loomis Sayles Investment-Grade Bond Fund to liquidate in January

San Diego, Oct. 26 - Loomis Sayles Investment-Grade Bond Fund will liquidate its class J shares on Jan. 11, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Class J shareholders will receive proceeds equal to the net asset value of their shares as of the liquidation date, and the class J share class will be terminated.

Shareholders may elect to redeem their shares on any business day prior to the liquidation date. Class J shares of the fund are no longer available for purchase by new investors or current shareholders.

The fund's adviser is Boston-based Loomis Sayles, a subsidiary of Natixis Global Asset Management, LP.
