Logibec gets new credit facilities led by Antares Capital

New York, Dec. 17 – Logibec closed on senior secured credit facilities that were used to support its buyout by Novacap, according to a news release.

Antares Capital served as lead arranger and is acting as administrative agent on the facilities.

Logibec is a Montreal-based healthcare software company.
