Investor Wilma Tisch cuts stake to 6.7% in Loews

Philadelphia, Jan. 30 - Investor Wilma S. Tisch decreased her stake to 6.7% in Loews Corp. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 29,308,031 shares.

Those holdings are down from the passive stake of 7.4%, or 39,030,789 shares, the investor reported on Dec. 31, 2007, according to another SC 13G/A filing.

Loews is a New York-based energy, financial services and tobacco conglomerate.
