LodgeNet Interactive investors report 9.7% ownership interest

Charlotte, N.C., May 8 - Investors led by Key Colony Fund, LP reported beneficial ownership of 2,200,649 shares, or 9.7%, of LodgeNet Interactive Corp. following a series of buy and sell transactions between March 30 and May 5.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

LodgeNet is a Sioux Falls, S.D.-based provider of media and connectivity products for hospitality, health care and other guest-based businesses.
