Indonesia's Lippo Karawaci postpones sale of dollar five-year notes

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Nov. 12 - Indonesia's Lippo Karawaci Tbk. has postponed the sale of five-year dollar-denominated notes (/B+/B), a market source said.

The deal was initially talked in the 11% area.

Credit Suisse was the global coordinator for the Regulation S deal. Credit Suisse and Raiffeisen Bank International were the joint bookrunners.

The proceeds were to be used for refinancing of existing debt, to fund the debt service account and for general corporate purposes.

Lippo Karawaci is a Tangerang, Indonesia-based residential and commercial urban developer.
