LipidViro trades on OTC Bulletin Board under new symbol LPVT

Erie, Pa., April 18 - LipidViro Tech, Inc. said its new common stock trading symbol is LPVT, replacing the former trading symbol LVRO on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board used for common shares.

At the OTC Bulletin Board market open, the company announced the effectiveness of its 7-for-1 stock dividend.

LipidViro Tech is an early stage biotechnology company located in Salt Lake City.
