Quercus sells shares of Lighting Science Group

Charlotte, N.C., March 24 - The Quercus Trust sold 17,500 shares of Lighting Science Group Corp. stock on March 19 for $2.85 per share.

Quercus reported the sale in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor owns 297,500 shares, or 1.4%, of the Dallas lighting products company.
