Le-Nature's $150 million 10-year notes talked at 9% area, pricing Wednesday morning

St. Louis, June 16 - Price talk is 9% area on Le-Nature's, Inc.'s upcoming sale of $150 million 10-year senior subordinated notes (B3/B-), according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price on Wednesday morning, the source added.

Wachovia Securities, Inc. is the bookrunner.

The notes will be non-callable for five years, with proceeds going to repay bank debt and for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is a Latrobe, Pa. manufacturer of flavored bottled water and other beverages.
