Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes with no cap tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 19 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Dec. 30, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 25%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Dec. 27 and settle on Dec. 30.
The Cusip number is 06741VEN8.
