LegalZoom provides more details of initial public offering of shares

Pricing set at $10.00 to $12.00 per share via underwriting syndicate

Chicago, July 23 - LegalZoom.com, Inc. registered to sell 8 million shares of its common stock in its initial public offering in an amended S-1 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company plans to sell 3.8 million shares, and the selling stockholders are offering 4.2 million shares. The placement includes an over-allotment option to purchase up to 1.2 million more shares.

LegalZoom expects to price the IPO at between $10.00 and $12.00 per share.

The company has applied for listing of the stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "LGZ."

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch are the lead underwriters of a group that includes William Blair & Co., LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Montgomery & Co., LLC.

The company is a provider of online legal services based in Glendale, Calif.
