MLF sells more shares of La-Z-Boy

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 23 - Investors led by MLF Investments, LLC sold 621,600 shares of La-Z -Boy Inc. stock, reducing their stake in the company to 4.7%, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The transactions occurred between Oct. 11 and Oct. 23, with the shares priced from $7.19 to $7.68 each. MLF and the reporting persons own 2,440,403 shares of the Monroe, Mich., furniture company.

On Oct. 11, MLF reported a 6% stake in the company and on Aug. 17, MLF reported owning 3,652,218 shares, or 7.1%, of La-Z-Boy.
