Key Colony reports 7.2% stake in Lakes Entertainment

Charlotte, N.C., April 29 - Investors led by Key Colony Fund, LP reported the purchase of 168,170 shares of Lakes Entertainment, Inc. between Feb. 28 and April 28.
The shares were priced from $3.95 to $5.95 each, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The investors beneficially own 1,765,136 shares, or 7.2%, of the Minnetonka, Minn.-based operator of Indian-owned casino properties.
