Korea Gas to begin investor meetings ahead of possible dollar deal

Virginia Beach, June 11 – Korea Gas Corp. is scheduled to hold a roadshow during the June 16 week for a proposed offering of dollar-denominated bonds, a market source said.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities, JPMorgan and UBS are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Korea Gas is a natural gas company based in Seongnam, South Korea.
