New Issue: Korea Gas prices €500 million 2 3/8% notes due 2019 at 99.702

Atlanta, Oct. 8 - Korea Gas Corp. priced a €500 million issue of 2 3/8% notes due April 15, 2019 (expected ratings: A1/A+/AA-) at 99.702, a market source said.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and UBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

As of Tuesday morning the books were in excess of €2 billion.

Korea Gas is a public natural gas company incorporated by the Korean government.
