Denmark's KommuneKredit launches $700 million of three-year floaters at Libor plus 8 bps

Virginia Beach, April 16 - KommuneKredit launched a $700 million issue of three-year floating-rate notes (Aaa/AAA/) on Wednesday at Libor plus 8 basis points, a market source said.

The bookrunners are BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Agricole.

KommuneKredit offers funding and leasing services to municipalities and is based in Copenhagen.
