Kodiak Oil & Gas to pay down some credit facility debt via new notes

Madison, Wis., July 23 - Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. said it plans to repay a portion of the outstanding debt under its credit facility using proceeds from an offering of senior notes.

The company announced on Tuesday that it began a private offering of notes due 2022.

The oil and gas exploration and production company is based in Denver.
