KKR Financial releases recent trustee reports on syndicated CLOs

Tupelo, Miss., Aug. 29 - KKR Financial Holdings LLC said on Thursday that it has made available recent trustee reports on its syndicated collateralized loan obligations on its website.

The company did not cite any particular reason behind the new disclosure.

KKR has released monthly trustee reports on its KKR Financial CLO 2005-1, Ltd.; KKR Financial CLO 2005-2, Ltd.; KKR Financial CLO 2006-1, Ltd.; KKR Financial CLO 2007-A; KKR Financial CLO 2007-1; and KKR Financial CLO 2012-1 issues.

Trustee reports include the collateral underlying each CLO, certain performance metrics, and distribution and valuation information, among other data.

The files are located at http://ir.kkr.com/kfn_ir/clo-reports.cfm.

Future reports will be posted to the same location upon receipt from the trustee, KKR said.
