Kimberly-Clark to price offering of fixed-rate notes due 2031

Los Angeles, Oct. 28 – Kimberly-Clark plans to price fixed-rate notes due 2031, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BBVA Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the joint bookrunners.

The notes will feature a make-whole call and then a par call and also a change-of-control put at 101.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Kimberly-Clark is a sanitary paper product manufacturer based in Irving, Tex.
