Keppel REIT adjusts conversion price on 1.9% convertibles due 2024

New York, Jan. 22 – Keppel REIT announced an adjustment to the conversion price of its S$200 million 1.9% convertible bonds due 2024.

The conversion price will be lowered to S$0.0140 from S$1.4441 per unit.

The new conversion price will take effect on Jan. 31.

The adjustment is in connection with distributions declared for the period from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31.

Keppel is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust.
