Five JPMorgan funds appoint new portfolio managers, effective April 1

San Diego, March 6 - Five JPMorgan funds appointed new portfolio managers, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Dennis Ruhl and Pavel Vaynshtok have been named portfolio managers of the JPMorgan Intrepid America Fund, the JPMorgan Intrepid Growth Fund and the JPMorgan Intrepid Value Fund, joining Jason Alonzo, an existing portfolio manager of the funds.

Ruhl will also be a portfolio manager of the JPMorgan Intrepid Multi Cap Fund, along with Alonzo.

Michael A. Rosen was named the portfolio manager of the JPMorgan U.S. Dynamic Plus Fund.

All appointments are effective April 1.

New York-based J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. acts as the investment adviser to the funds.
