New Issue: JPMorgan sells $830,000 contingent buffered digital notes on Nasdaq, Russell

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $830,000 of 0% contingent buffered digital notes due Jan. 29, 2021 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index stays at or above 70% of its initial level during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent digital return of 7.25%.

If either index ever closes below 70% of its initial level during the life of the notes but each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par.

If either index ever closes below 70% of its initial level during the life of the notes and either index finishes below its initial level, the payout will be par plus the return of the lesser performing index with full exposure to the decline.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
