New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.07 million capped buffered equity notes on basket

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.07 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Nov. 28, 2022 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with an 80% weight and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 20% weight.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the basket finishes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket gain up to 26%. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
