New Issue: JPMorgan sells $554,000 notes on basket of Russell, Stoxx, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, May 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $554,000 of 0% notes due April 30, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.02 times any basket gain. Investors will be exposed to the first 5% of any basket loss.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
