New Issue: JPMorgan prices $9.69 million capped enhanced participation notes on Euro Stoxx 50

San Luis Obispo, Calif., July 12 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $9.69 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Jan. 15, 2015 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any gain in the index, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,275 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
