San Diego, Nov. 22 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.3 million of 10.44% trigger yield optimization notes due Nov. 26, 2012 linked to the class A common stock of Comcast Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable monthly.
The face amount of each note will be equal to the initial price of Comcast shares.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final price of Comcast stock is less than 80% of the initial share price, in which case investors will receive one Comcast share per note.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the underwriters.
