New Issue: JPM prices $13.58 million autocallable optimization securities tied to Research In Motion

New York, Nov. 29 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $13.58 million of 0% autocallable optimization securities with contingent protection due Dec. 1, 2011 linked to the common stock of Research In Motion Ltd., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the stock closes at or above its initial price on any of 12 monthly observation dates, the notes will be called and investors will receive par of $10 plus an annualized return of 26.95%.

If the notes are not called and Research In Motion stock finishes at or above 65% of its initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will receive par plus the stock return.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and JPMorgan are the underwriters.
