New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.96 million capped accelerated barrier notes on KraneShares CSI China

New York, Jan. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.96 million of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due Jan. 2, 2026 linked to the KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return of the ETF, capped at par plus 71%.

The payout will be par if the ETF declines but finishes at or above its 80% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
