New Issue: JPMorgan prices $585,000 capped buffered return enhanced notes on Dow, S&P

Chicago, Oct. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $585,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 17, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the return of the worst performing index capped at par plus 29.4%. The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 15% buffer. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
