New Issue: JPMorgan prices $250,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes linked to indexes
Chicago, Sept. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due Sept. 7, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 121% of the return of the worst performing index. The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes above its 70% barrier. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it closes below its barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
