New Issue: JPMorgan sells $158,000 notes on S&P 500 Daily Risk Control

Chicago, Sept. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $158,000 of 0% notes due March 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 5% Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.95 times the index return.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.
