New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.37 million autocallable notes linked to two SPDR ETFs

Buffalo, N.Y., June 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.37 million of 0% autocallable notes due June 26, 2025 linked to the performance of the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund and the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus an annualized 6.55% premium if all ETFs close at or above their initial levels on any monthly valuation date after one year.

If the notes are not called and each ETF finishes at or above initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the laggard ETF.

Otherwise, investors receive par.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
