New York, Feb. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of yield notes due Feb. 22, 2024 linked to the common stock of Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 6.5%, paid quarterly.
If the stock finishes at or above its 75.3% buffer, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline in the stock beyond 24.7%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
