New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.2 million 8.1% callable contingent interest notes linked to indexes

Chicago, June 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.2 million of callable contingent interest notes due Dec. 13, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.1%, paid monthly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 60% interest barrier level on the related monthly observation date.

The securities may be called at par starting June 15, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly optional call payment date.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above its 60% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
