Chicago, June 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.25 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Nov. 21, 2024 linked to Ford Motor Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 14.3%, paid quarterly, if the underlying stock closes at or above its 65% trigger level on the related quarterly observation date.
The securities will be called automatically at par starting May 17, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the stock closes at or above 90% of its initial level.
At maturity the payout will be par unless the stock closes below its 65% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
