Chicago, May 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $18,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due May 1, 2023 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 9%, paid quarterly, if the underlying index closes at or above its 70% trigger level on the related quarterly observation date.
The securities will be called automatically at par starting April 26, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the index closes above its initial level
At maturity the payout will be par unless the index closes below its 70% trigger level in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
The level of the index reflects the deduction of a fee of 6% per annum that accrues daily.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
