New Issue: UBS prices $5.45 million capped PLUS linked to basket of index, funds

Chicago, Jan. 6 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.45 million of 0% capped Performance Leverage Upside Securities due Feb. 3, 2022 linked to a basket consisting of one index and five exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 20% weight, the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund with a 20% weight, the Industrial Select Sector SPDR fund with a 20% weight, the Health Care Select Sector SPDR fund with a 20% weight, the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund with a 10% weight and the iShares China Large-Cap exchange-traded fund with a 10% weight.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus three times the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 13.5%. If the basket return is negative, investors will be exposed to the basket’s decline.
