Japan Finance offers dollar notes due 2029; price talk SOFR mid-swaps plus 69 bps area

Chicago, April 16 – Japan Finance Organization for Municipalities is selling dollar-denominated notes due April 23, 2029, according to a market source.

Initial talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 69 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Barclays, Daiwa Securities and Nomura are leading the sale.

The Japan Finance Organization for Municipalities is a Tokyo-based funding organization for Japanese local governments.
