ING Intermediate Bond Portfolio drops portfolio manager Michael Mata

San Luis Obispo, Calif., June 10 - The ING Intermediate Bond Portfolio has dropped Michael Mata as a portfolio manager of the fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Christine Hurtsellers and Matthew Toms remain as portfolio managers for the fund.

The fund seeks to maximize total return consistent with reasonable risk by investing in primarily investment-grade debt securities.

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based ING Investments, LLC is the investment adviser to the fund.
