Indika Energy plans offering of new senior notes

Chicago, April 17 – PT Indika Energy Tbk. is offering new notes, according to a notice.

The new notes will be offered in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Proceeds will be used to fund a tender offer and tendering noteholders may be given priority allocation in the new offering.

Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Ltd. are dealer managers for the tender offer.

The company is an energy company based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
