IKON gets lender OK to deliver financial statements late

New York, May 11 - IKON Office Solutions Inc. received consent from its loan lenders to extend the reporting deadline of financial statements including second-quarter results, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

The company needed more time to deliver financials because of an ongoing review of billing controls and reserve practices for its trade accounts receivable.

Wachovia is administrative agent on the loan.

Consent was given on April 28.

IKON is a Malverne, Pa., provider of products and services that help businesses manage document workflow and increase efficiency.
