Proceeds to be used for drilling programs, bankable feasibility study

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 13 - Gunson Resources Ltd. said it concluded a private placement of shares. It raised A$3 million through lead manager RBS Morgans.
The company sold 15 million ordinary shares at A$0.20 per share. The price per share represents a 13.04% discount to the Dec. 10 closing share price of A$0.23.
Proceeds will be used to progress financing negotiations for the Coburn Zircon Project, continue the bankable feasibility study on the Mount Gunson Copper Project and drilling programs on the Fowlers Bay nickel and Tennant Creek gold-copper projects.
The West Perth, Australia, company explores for copper, gold and nickel.
