Guggenheim's series 839 registers Flaherty & Crumrine portfolio units

San Diego, Oct. 28 - Guggenheim Defined Portfolios, Series 839 has registered units of its series 26 Flaherty & Crumrine Preferred Portfolio, according to an S-6 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Lisle, Ill.-based Guggenheim Funds Distributors, Inc.
