Mexico's Grupo Financiero Mifel talks $100 million perpetual bonds in the 10½% area

New York, July 18 - Grupo Financiero Mifel SA issued talk in the 10½% area for its $100 million offering of perpetual notes (B-/B+), according to a market source.

The offer was downsized to $100 million from $120 million.

Deutsche Bank will act as bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The bonds carry five years of call protection.

Grupo Mifel is a Mexico City, Mexico-based commercial and investment bank.
