Argentina’s Galicia sets size for upcoming dollar notes

Atlanta, July 8 – Argentina’s Grupo Financiero Galicia SA set the size for its upcoming issue of notes at a maximum of $300 million as part of its $600 million notes program, according to a company filing.

The company will set out on July 11 for a roadshow with Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan as bookrunners and Standard Chartered Bank as lead manager for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The roadshow will start in New York and travel to London, the West Coast and Boston before concluding on July 13.

Grupo Financiero Galicia is a Buenos Aires-based financial services holding company.
