New Issue: Argentina’s Galicia prices $250 million of 18-month, three-year notes

New York, Oct. 22 – Grupo Financiero Galicia SA announced the issue of $250 million total of series I and series II class VI notes, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Specifically, the company has priced $140.16 million of 18-month series I notes with an interest rate of 3¼% and $109.84 million of three-year series II notes with an interest rate of 4¼%.

Interest will be payable quarterly.

Grupo Financiero Galicia is a Buenos Aires-based financial services holding company.
