New Issue: Argentina's Galicia prices ARS 180 million of 18-month, three-year notes

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 29 - Grupo Financiero Galicia SA will issue ARS 180 million of series I and series II class V notes, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Specifically, the company will issue ARS 101.8 million of 18-month series I notes with a cutting margin of 4.25% and ARS 78.2 million of three-year series II notes with a cutting margin of 5.25%.

Interest will be payable quarterly.

Grupo Financiero Galicia is a Buenos Aires-based financial services holding company.
