New Issue: Argentina's Grupo Financiero Galicia sells ARS 78.08 million of notes

Pittsburgh, Aug. 24 - Grupo Financiero Galicia SA sold ARS 78.08 million of class III notes due Feb. 28, 2014 under its $60 million global notes program, according to a news release.

The interest margin is 359 basis points. The release did not specify the rate.

Grupo Financiero Galicia is a Buenos Aires-based financial services holding company.
