By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Sept. 13 - Grohe Holding GmbH's €335 million offering of 10-year senior notes (B3/B-) drew price talk in the 8¾% area, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected to take place Wednesday.

Credit Suisse First Boston, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank Securities are joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to fund Texas Pacific Group's and Credit Suisse First Boston's leveraged buyout of Grohe.

Grohe is a Germany-based plumbing fixtures manufacturer.
