Reno de Medici calls all €445 million floating-rate sustainability-linked notes

Columbus, Ohio, March 27 – Reno De Medici SpA gave notice to noteholders that it will redeem all of its €445 million of floating-rate sustainability-linked senior secured notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2417499832, XS2417486771) on April 8.

The redemption price will be par plus accrued interest and additional amounts, amounting to €2,726,366.

The redemption is conditioned upon closing of the issuer’s offering of new senior secured floating-rate sustainability-linked notes.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is paying agent.

The Milan, Italy-based cardboard manufacturer plans to use the proceeds to refinance its floating-rate notes due 2026 and its term loan A.
