MakeMyTrip noteholders do not exercise convertible repurchase rights

Chicago, Feb. 15 – MakeMyTrip Ltd. announced that noteholders did not exercise their repurchase rights for the company’s 0% convertible senior notes due Feb. 15, 2028 (Cusip: 56087FAB0).

Noteholders had the opportunity to have their notes repurchased through 11:59 p.m. ET on Feb. 13.

The rights were part of the original offering of the notes, with opportunities three and five years after the notes were issued.

The company would have purchased the notes at par.

As of Jan. 12, $230 million in aggregate principal amount of the notes are outstanding.
